The Open SCADA Security Project is an initiative to create an open SCADA security community. It is dedicated to providing an open forum, enabling organizations to increase SCADA security. The project is open anybody who would like to contribute. The security recommendations are intended to be applicable to real world environments.
SCADA technology underpins automated chemical, broadcasting, rail, power, gas, water and oil plant systems. The security of these devices are essential for both safety and business continuity. Problems are often cross-industry and globally shared. This reality makes it imperative for practical and open resources to be available to those who are responsible for securing these infrastructures.
The Open SCADA Security Project is currently in the initial development phase. The current trend is to follow a philosophy similar to OWASP. Please help and add content if you are able.
